But on Sunday's episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians, Kim Kardashian admitted she can't leave home without her Spanx because she has gained 20 pounds.
The 34-year-old reality star looked in good form, however, as she showed off a tiny waistline in a semi-sheer black dress at her Kim Kardashian West for C&A press conference in Sao Paulo, Brazil on Monday.
What Kim Kardashian doesn't know about black dresses just isn't worth knowing. So who better to look to for some LBD inspiration?
She's taking over Brazil to promote her new collection and of course she's modelling one of her own designs. C&A might have vanished from the UK high street, but it's still going strong in lots of other countries, and the reality TV star has chosen the store to launch her first solo collection under her married name, Kim Kardashian West.
